The award-winning Stage 4 DFO expansion represents the continued evolution of Skygate as a vibrant lifestyle, commercial and retail hub.
The $35 million transformation included an expansion to DFO with 30 new stores, additional parking for 1,000 vehicles in a multi-level car park, alfresco dining options with five new restaurants, combined public artwork and children's playscape, commercial office space and enhanced pedestrian connectivity between the existing DFO facility and Skygate Centre.
