Work has commenced on the new Skygate Home & Life centre at Brisbane Airport. Located adjacent to the existing DFO, the 9,260m² large format retail centre has attracted pre-commitments from tenants including Nick Scali, Pillow Talk, James Lane and Lighting Illusions. Scheduled for completion in September 2018.

AP Eagers is the latest major automotive group to commit to a number of sites with a total area of 61,400m² within Brisbane Airport’s $300m BNE Auto Mall project. Brisbane Airport Corporation’s (BAC) General Manager of Commercial Businesses John Tormey said the AP Eagers presence is fitting for the BNE Auto Mall.

Miele Australia has selected Brisbane Airport as the preferred location for its new Queensland headquarters following a formal market process managed by Colliers International. Brisbane Airport Corporation’s (BAC) property division, BNE Property, will deliver the 7,065m² tailored warehouse, office and showroom facility for the leading whitegoods manufacturer by the end of 2018.

Construction is now complete on stage one of Brisbane Airport’s 8,887m² industrial development Airport Freight Centre 4 (AFC4) at Export Park. 

Following continued strong industry interest in what is set to be Australia’s benchmark automotive precinct, the BNE Auto Mall has recorded two major milestones to accelerate the project into 2017.
