Leading courier company, Direct Couriers, had been located at Brisbane Airport for five years and approached the BNE Property team to develop a new industrial space that would accommodate their growing business.
BNE Property developed a purpose built 2,280m² warehouse and office facility at 26 Qantas Drive, Export Park. The new premises has delivered approximately 60 per cent more space for Direct Couriers while ensuring the client can continue to enjoy the ideal location, transport infrastructure and amenity of Brisbane Airport.
The new facility was designed to meet Direct Couriers’ immediate and future growth needs in terms of the warehouse size, layout and location. The facility was completed in March 2017 and took seven months to complete.
