As a long-term tenant at Brisbane Airport, the growth of e-commerce has led to the need for an expansion of DHL’s existing facility on Boronia Drive.
BNE Property is working to deliver an additional 6,049m2 of warehousing space and a 400m2 commercial office that will allow DHL to meet this demand and maximise operational efficiencies.
Located within the Da Vinci precinct in Airport South, the facility will feature several sustainability features to minimise the use of energy and water. LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, and translucent sheeting covering 10 per cent of the roof will all contribute to cost and resource savings.
